- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Totally unprofessional staff from top to bottom. Every employee is inadequately trained, and the Manager (Ms. Teigeler) was nothing but confrontational and verbally abusive. I am a 30 year professional in the automotive customer service profession, and my experience with this office was BY FAR the most outrageous example of how NOT to treat a customer that I have ever witnessed! I would not do business with this branch again for any reason...I drove 50 miles to go to another service provider.By Bret DesErmia, April 05, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went to this place told I would get same day cash, I make $21 an hour $33 overtime I showed my pay stubs logged into my bank and showed proof of $1400 direct deposits filled out all the paper to be told sorry corporate has to review your application and will take 20 days for them to review. When I asked why she gave me no reason at all. I come home and check my credit report and there was an inquiry on my report. For one if I good credit I would get a payday loan second they should tell you they do credit checks. Dont go to this place unless you have good credit and want an inquiry on your credit report.By William Morgan, November 14, 2016
