- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The worse customer service, not helpful, I have been with them since 2008 and because I cancel our business insurance and 10 years term insurance she also want me to cancel my auto insurance. Every time I follow-up if they cancel my business and life insurance Laura always says "you want to cancel all your coverage" I wasn't going to cancel my policies with them since I have been with them for 5 years. She push me to cancel my policy. I would not recommend this agency to any of my family o friends. Worse bad customer service.By Maricel Lynn, January 16, 2017
