  Lazy. Doesn't want to look for my PKG because it's on a pallet. Wth. UPS delivered it across country then at last min transferred it to the USPS...I paid for UaPS because I didn't want USPS to deliver it. Anyways according to tracking It's HERE! NOT ON THE TRUCK. I'm not dumb, it will say OUT FOR DELIVERY if it's on the truck. ITS NIT SO DON'T YELL ME IT IS. Clerk didn't want to look for it because she said it's on a pallet. Not my first crappy rodeo w/ this PO. She'd never make it in the A2 PO.

  I visited the Brighton Post Office today and an employee went above and beyond to help with my package. On at least three other occasions I have found the employees at the Brighton Post Office to be extremely helpful and friendly. On these occasions when I had questions with deliveries or needed help retrieving a package, the employee that I was dealing with at the time was always willing to look into my concern. Furthermore they offered their help, if needed, for future transactions and I never got the feeling that they were bothered by my requests and questions. I am pleased with the services provided when I visit the Brighton Post Office and I hope that these employees are recognized for the customer service they provide.
